Channing Tatum and Amanda Seyfried Visit The 10! Show


The "Dear John" press tour is still going strong, and after stopping in Fort Bragg and Charleston, Channing and Amanda made their way to Philadelphia where they dropped by The 10! Show for an interview. The duo talk about their experience on the set and how they feel about the movie itself. Tatum and Seyfried also tell the audience about where they both had their humble beginning.

Such a cute interview but I'm still not interested in seeing this movie... in theaters anyway.

same here! i freaking stayed up til 2am last night finishing it and then proceeded to send an angry text to my bff (who was as excited about it as i) ranting about what a waste of time. idk i'm still going to see the movie because i want to see how the story line turned out.

haha I was up til 1 am last night reading it! The dad part made me really sad though :( I didn't really care about John and Savannah. The trailer focuses all on the couple and nothing about the father (at least what I've seen) and he was a huge part.

yeah i felt so freaking bad for the dad the entire time. i thought the whole tim thing was so predictable too. i just went on imdb and saw that the synopsis is the same as what happened in the book so i'm even more pissed now.

Ugh maybe I'll just rent it then. I just went and ranted to my mom and told her the whole story so she wouldn't bother reading it either. I knew it would be Tim too, though I thought he might be dead, not in the hospital. I was also mad that John sold the coin collection...it was the only thing that mattered to his dad. I have a lot of feelings about this haha.

lol i ranted to my mom as well. yeah the coin collection pissed me off too, even though i knew he was going to do it. i guess it was to show that he still would do anything for her but it still angered me that that was all he had left of his dad and he gave it away. i wish he would have just listened to tim's advice and be with her. but at the same time savannah character pissed me off. i felt like she was a selfish bitch half the time and didn't deserve him. i clearly have a lot of feelings about this too.
