It may be hard to believe, but a brand new year is already upon us. As we bid farewell to 2009, it's already time to look ahead: what does Hollywood have to offer us in 2010? Well, we at RT have a handy little guide to the most anticipated flicks, the surest box office bets, the movies you'll be looking back on fondly a year from now.
As usual, the forthcoming year's slate leans heavily on sequels and remakes. But that's not a bad thing: such surefire hits as Toy Story 3, Iron Man 2, and the first part of the conclusion to the Harry Potter franchise are all locked and loaded. Getting the reboot treatment are Tron and Nightmare on Elm Street, to name a couple. Plus, the new year promises the latest films from Martin Scorsese, Ridley Scott, and Michel Gondry, among others.
So pop the bubbly, make some resolutions, and get ready to dive into RT's 2010 Movie Preview!

the internet is going to shit itself omg
the amount of Avatar comms and fandom secrets crying over the fail of this movie is going to rock my world in June
well that and everyone killing themselves over Eclipse
Alas, I never watched the original show so I know not what it should look like.
