more h/hr scenes in deathly hallows + naked danrad

A few days ago we showed you an article noting that Dan Radcliffe would be bare for The Silver Doe scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

Today, Snitch Seeker has uncovered a new interview with Deathly Hallows director David Yates, which was posted by LaVibra.com a couple weeks ago. The interview has more comments from Yates about Dan's nude scenes, revealing that there are actually two times the clothes will come off (please note that the text is a rough translation):

"Well, Dan (Radcliffe) has appeared nude in the past, but there are a couple of scenes in the new film [where he] will undress, but we're still thinking about how we present it.

"It's a fascinating scene in which Harry and Ron (Rupert Grint) [are] trying to kill a Horcrux (a magical creature). He tries to defend [himself] and creates an image of Voldemort's soul, [and there are a] series of images between which are Harry and Hermione (Emma Watson) kissing and embracing. And we will create something that feels very sexy and very intriguing to bring about reaction of Rupert (who Hermione is in love).

Radcliffe will [also] appear [bare during] a scene where the young wizard is about to die and be reunited with the soul of Professor Dumbledore in a season London Underground.

"There is another scene in Kings Cross station (St Pancras), where Harry almost dies and sees Dumbledore. In that scene will also be naked," he added.

Later in the interview, Yates reveals a new scene they shot for Deathly Hallows that is one of his favorites:

"It's very difficult to find a favorite scene, but something we just did is a part of the movie truly is priceless. It's a part where Hermione and Harry dance together and not in the book, is something we created for the film and is actually very tender and a very nice and respectful reveal some secrets from each other while dancing, "

I can forgive them leaving scenes out, but I can't forgive them adding shit that wasn't in the books. What the hell? It's not like you don't have 700+ pages worth of bad ass shit to go off of. Everything they ~add cuts out shit that's actually in the damn book anyway. lol I still can't help raging over HP shit.

THIS THIS THIS. For me, movies 1-5 were acceptable in terms of making sure they included all the major important scenes, and they added in some stuff, but it was negligible. Like in the 5th, when Cho actually told instead of her friend, it was like who cares? We don't really see her again so it doesn't matter.

But the 6th was totally unacceptable and just DISGRACEFUL. JK Rowling should have shut down that shit.

I have to disagree, unfortunately

Prisoner of Azkaban left out EVERYTHING about the Maruaders (probably the best part of the book). They never explained that Lupin/Sirius/James/Pettigrew made the map.

Goblet of Fire was the WORST for adding new shit - they added that stupid dance lessons scene, and the dragon part was about an hour too long. And they left out EVERYTHING about how Harry/Sirius connected and bonded in that book.

LOL, so generally speaking I think all the movies have left out key, monumental moments in the books. >:|

I AGREE. They're already splitting this into two films -- just stick with what was in the book, for fuck's sake. Also, I don't care if Daniel Radcliffe is down with getting naked on screen. I don't want to think about Harry Potter naked. I just don't.

Well JKR even said that Harry and Hermione had some "charged" moments in DH after Ron left and that it "could have gone that way."

Kloves is a Harmonian, simple as that. Notice how Ron only got so much dialogue last film? How he wasn't doing shit at the ending but Hermione and Harry were all BFF? Yeah, that's Kloves being a douchenozzle.

1. It's not like we're going to get to see his wand so I don't know what the big deal is. You know damn well they won't rate it above PG-13. Beside's the Kings Cross one is actually in the book so that's not a surprise. The doe scene doesn't require it - they are just trying to hype it up. Do you really think we'll get to see Emma's tits there? *snort* Notice they ain't saying anything about that!

I'm a little confused as to where exactly they are adding that scene in the forest. Because doesn't Harry actually strip down to go into that water and get the sword? But if he's just nakey in the weird illusion thing, that's just stupid.

He jumps into the water, yeah, but I think it's the dead of winter so he'd probably leave his shorts on. What they're talking about is that RON imagines him and Hermione making out and that's where they are saying Dan's nekkid at. I agree. It would be stupid to have him nekkid in one part, but not the other... not that we'll get any below camera shots anyway. :-/

I hate it so much when they change/add crap. I almost walked out of HBP. If my friend and my hubby weren't holding my arms down so I couldn't get up, I would have.

he's only naked at king's cross. ron's illusion is just h+h kissing, no nekkid.
