shocking news - kstew doesn't want to be famous

Kristen Stewart has claimed that she doesn't want to be famous.



Speaking to Fabulous, the Twilight star compared the film's vampire Edward Cullen to the concept of celebrity.

"Edward is actually a really good parallel to fame," she said. "As a vampire he has a sad, desolate life - fame is the same."

Stewart added that she wants to avoid being famous, but would like to continue acting.

"I don't want to be a movie star like Angelina Jolie," she explained. "Nothing about being a celebrity is desirable. I'm an actor. It's bizarre to me that everybody's so obsessive."

Stewart recently said that she avoided leaving her hotel room while filming the third Twilight film.

i get what she's saying, but people will say fame comes with being an actor.. i don't think she goes out of her way to be anything like a celeb which is why i like her

I first thought she was a good actress in Speak but then I realized she was just playing her quiet, awkward self. I have nothing else to base her performance on except for Panic Room which she barely spoke in...and Twilight.
