Could it be? Is Taylor Momsen not wearing very short shorts or other teeny tiny bottoms? T-Mom defied all our inappropriate legwear expectations and sported (gasp!) knee-length skirts and even pants on the set of Gossip Girl on Monday in NYC. We’re so proud this 16-year-old seems to have finally listened to our clothing advice.

I'm 21, went to buy cigs yesterday, and they guy actually goes "didn't peg you for 17, let alone 21! hot damn! that's a good thing ;)"

True. When I was a freshman, our freshman class looked like 8th graders and 9th graders. Now, these kids look like they're 16+.
