I saw that scene on VH1's "Greatest TV Moments" before I saw the episode and laughed so hard I cried from the pain my jaw and sides were feeling.
[info]ibelieveinsa 23rd-Oct-2009 05:28 am (UTC)
That was the best one ever.

I'm a secret stripper.
[info]michelleantonia 23rd-Oct-2009 07:43 am (UTC)
LOLLL ME TOO. except it's not body hair. it's my hair hair. i have THE.WORST hair, no exaggeration. whenever i go to the salon, which is once every 4 yrs or so, the hairstylist tries to stifle horror and then tells me i'm gonna be bald in 5 yrs. :(
[info]ascendings 23rd-Oct-2009 04:44 am (UTC)
why does the "i can't have sex" one age range start at 16
[info]croutonochrist 23rd-Oct-2009 04:45 am (UTC)
Because there are 16 year olds physically incapable of having sex?
[info]ascendings 23rd-Oct-2009 04:49 am (UTC)
of course there is, and it's all voluntary, but idk it doesn't feel right having 16 year olds with that problem on MTV.
[info]corroded_tears 23rd-Oct-2009 08:10 am (UTC)
bingo!

while i did lose my V-card pretty young, until i had scoliosis surgery (complete with costoplasty and a total hip replacement and pelvic reconstuction surgery) at 18(almost 19) having sex was always insanely hard to do and was excruciatingly painful. hell, even now since i have MS and fibromyalgia sex is always an iffy thing:can't stay in one place or my muscles start to spasm, sometimes my joints are too stiff for me to move, sometimes just being touched feels like being beaten,etc..
[info]britneyschalupa 23rd-Oct-2009 04:46 am (UTC)
It would be more interesting if it was 22+ not 16+
[info]malzazzle 23rd-Oct-2009 04:47 am (UTC)
probably because of age of consent laws, etc.
[info]lazaro_jack 23rd-Oct-2009 04:50 am (UTC)
no, you just have to LOOK like you're 16.
[info]invisible_cunt 23rd-Oct-2009 11:35 pm (UTC)
because 16 is the minimum age of consent in north america.
anything younger and it would be illegal
[info]dusttogold 23rd-Oct-2009 04:44 am (UTC)
I CAN'T DISCONNECT... from ontd
[info]broken_teacups 23rd-Oct-2009 04:45 am (UTC)

[info]eener 23rd-Oct-2009 01:04 pm (UTC)
Now that you say this I'm actually shocked that they have never done an internet addiction one iirc. If they have I have never seen it and this is like the only show on mtv that I ever make a point to watch.

[info]__dankkk 23rd-Oct-2009 07:59 am (UTC)
Haha thanks girl!, I think they were talking about like facial hair and stuff though? I doubt you have the shittiest hair ever, my hair is pretty nappy most of the time, I'm a jew so it's super curly if I don't straighten it!
[info]foxy_hues 23rd-Oct-2009 04:50 pm (UTC)
i have shitty hair, too. it's really thin and gross. shitty hair club!
[info]isntdaveone 23rd-Oct-2009 04:44 am (UTC)
my favorite TL is the one with the obese gay guy and his search for love!
[info]childish 23rd-Oct-2009 04:45 am (UTC)
I loved the voice over guy having to explain chubby chasers in the beginning
[info]croutonochrist 23rd-Oct-2009 04:48 am (UTC)
Gideon Yago bb! The ultimate ~MTV hottie~.
[info]croutonochrist 23rd-Oct-2009 04:47 am (UTC)
OMG the one from the South? He kept having all these ~romantic encounters~ with buff gay dudes who liked him for the sexual fetish? That one guy was such a creeper and weirdly predator-y.

Although, I remember laughing hysterically at the way he said "He's really, really fat."
[info]helloneworld 23rd-Oct-2009 05:06 am (UTC)
is this man getting a blow job?

lovely.
[info]celinabot 23rd-Oct-2009 05:27 am (UTC)
uhhhh. THAT GUY WAS MY PROM DATE!

this is a true story.
[info]daijouboo 23rd-Oct-2009 05:50 am (UTC)
I loved the girl's friend on that one "I'm happy that you're happy that you're fat but you have to understand your lifestyle is really unhealthy."
[info]scotchsour 23rd-Oct-2009 06:22 am (UTC)
Question: He seems confident but the logic... Was the men he was engaging only interested because he was fat, I mean was that the only definition for attraction? He never seem to try others avenues except the fetishistic types of places like chubby chasers websites and bars.

Another: If he was thinner do you believe he could get similar men based on his looks?
[info]tribulation 23rd-Oct-2009 08:15 am (UTC)
omg he was the best. That dude from California he hooked up with was so creepy though.

I know many in the past that would apply to me and I'm sure I could get into, but I can't get past the idea of future employers/people you know seeing that shit. I don't know how other people don't care.
[info]bluemyself777 23rd-Oct-2009 04:50 am (UTC)
yeah like all the drugs episodes especially. do they think no one will do a background check??
[info]healthypanda 23rd-Oct-2009 04:57 am (UTC)
Same, there's no way I'd want to get on TV and talk about that shit.
[info]laceleather 23rd-Oct-2009 05:48 am (UTC)

[info]cherrybombx 23rd-Oct-2009 06:02 am (UTC)
foresight is not a word in a lot of peoples' vocabulary. unfortunate but entertaining
[info]pinkmoped 23rd-Oct-2009 06:11 am (UTC)
THIS. I was totally thinking of applying to a couple of these but it just seems so invasive & uncomfortable. I'd hate to have cameras following me around & surveying me about my daily life, and have everyone I know see it afterwards. I don't know how reality stars do it.
[info]mosha_1 Not Just MEEEEEE...23rd-Oct-2009 06:51 am (UTC)
Ive forbidden my children from doing reality because someone will figure out they are related to me. LOL
[info]britneyschalupa 23rd-Oct-2009 04:44 am (UTC)
lol

[info]dearmisterecho 23rd-Oct-2009 04:45 am (UTC)

[info]whitegirlthin 23rd-Oct-2009 04:47 am (UTC)
True Life is always great. I think a lot of people still watch it.
[info]sweettendons 23rd-Oct-2009 04:49 am (UTC)
Okay, lets not rush into anything here. True Life can SOMETIMES be PRETTY FUNNY.

But I really just didn't have cable for a long time and kind of forgot about it.
[info]make_meabird 23rd-Oct-2009 04:55 am (UTC)
Agreed.

i know a girl who can't. she explained how her cervix is like glued shut or something. idk i was like, "tl;dr." plus i was trying to keep my lunch down at that point.
[info]whitegirlthin 23rd-Oct-2009 04:57 am (UTC)
aww, I feel so bad for her :( That is terrible.
[info]slipofsunshine 23rd-Oct-2009 05:18 am (UTC)
isn't the cervix at the end of the vagina? why would this not let her have sex?

unless I'm mistaken, in which case I should be flogged considering I'm taking a sex-ed course right now

I want to be on "I'M A SECRET STRIPPER".
[info]fauxparadiso 23rd-Oct-2009 05:03 am (UTC)
It should be titled "I USED TO BE A SECRET STRIPPER" unless they're gonna blur her/his face the whole episode.
[info]minny150 23rd-Oct-2009 05:13 am (UTC)
I guess the episode will be their ~coming out~ to their families.
[info]growappletree 23rd-Oct-2009 03:39 pm (UTC)

[info]sugary_placenta 23rd-Oct-2009 05:59 am (UTC)
