i know! i mean obvs this is about (with the exception of norway, sweden and iceland) slutty national costumes. and miss usa apparently chose the halloween costume i saw on greek row EVERY YEAR at college. we have so many other things to slut up. the statue of liberty, betsy ross, martha washington. she could've gone the german route and dressed like a monument...maybe go super phallic and be the washington monument. or wear a nude catsuit and be mount rushmore. SO MANY OPTIONS. WHY NASCAR?!
