Not really. I have a little bit on the back of my thighs and some on my butt, and then I started hardcore working out. Running, elliptical, swimming...my body is really toned, but that cellulite went nowhere. It might've diminished a tad bit in terms of individual "dimple" size, but it's still there.

I know, I know, TMI...

I think everyone's body is different and receptive to different work out routines, diets, etc. But it is possible if you work out. Dieting/eating right can keep a person thin, but that doesn't mean you won't have cellulite. Soft bodies have cellulite. Working out helps take it away. I used to have a little like Jennifer Love Hewitt, but my dad (former body builder) helped develop a work out routine for me to help get rid of it. It just takes a lot of time and effort.

I have no clue what her "real" size is, but as I said in another comment, she could definitely be a size 6 as she's only 5'1". Shorter girls tend to wear smaller sizes in general, larger ones have waay too much fabric.
