No - the first picture was taken in April/May 2008, after the conservatorship had started and Britney was taking her medication regularly again. Her stomach is bigger and has a slight bulge to it, I'm assuming, because she was/is taking lithium (which is what is usually given to treat bipolar disorder in the U.S.) Even now, I think that the medication she's taking is part of the reason why her weight regularly fluctuates.

Her body is amazing in the white bikini, but that's a body that works out. All that moving around on stage and in rehearsals? it's gonna give you a toned stomach, nice body etc. You don't need to go on a diet ffs.

Also 20 pounds in 4 weeks? Iiii don't think it's possible.
