yea I think the show just needs to cook a little bit...I loved Aziz's character though but the other ones need a while to find their niche..like Amy for example...it was annoying me that I couldn't figure out her character's angle...like she did 6 different versions of the character throughout the episode

Lmao she really did.

She opened the show with the strongest lisp.

Then she was all strictly business.

Then she was the clueless boss a la The Office.

Then she closed the show with her character from Baby Mama "Oooohhh are we having pancakes?" and her getting drunk which didn't fit everything else.

But I'll be damned if she didn't make me laugh, though.
