The stars of SMASHING PUMPKINS, CHEAP TRICK and HANSON have come together to form one of the most eclectic supergroups ever.
A new band called Tinted Windows is reportedly putting out an album this spring. Not news, right? What if we told you that the band features former Smashing Pumpkins guitarist James Iha, Fountains of Wayne’s Adam Schlesinger on bass, Cheap Trick’s Bun E. Carlos on drums, and Taylor Hanson, yes that Hanson, on vocals.
The group has recorded its debut album at Stratosphere Sound Studios in New York, which Schlesinger and Iha co-own with Ivy's Andy Chase. The set is expected this spring on a label to be announced.
Tinted Windows will play its first major show at Billboard's South by Southwest showcase, to be held March 20 at Pangaea in Austin, Texas.

2. Hanson fans will storm the shit out of these shows to see ZOMG TAYTAY and ruin it for everyone else.
Even if it has turned the Hanson fandom upside down haha
Taylor's not leaving the band people - get a grip!
I think this might actually turn out great. I questioned The Good, the Bad & the Queen when it was announced but it turned out awesome.
I just pray Taylor doesn't mumble through the whole fucking album ~__~
At least it will add a new CD to the drinking game of "Guess What The T. Hans Is Saying" (:
