I've always wondered how they did those kinds of things. I know Access Hollywood made one for Tom Cruise as a gift.

you can do it with some program, i saw it being done on a mac once at school. you just put in a huge amount of pictures, insert the picture you want it to build up to, press a button and watch it work.
