Madonna Tells Friends To Choose Sides In Divorce

Madonna and Guy Ritchie's divorce gets uglier by the minute, with the singer reportedly telling friends to pick a side and stick with it.

The world was left reeling after the queen of pop and her husband announced their plans to divorce earlier this week.

Since then the atmosphere has become decidely frosty, with Madge hitting out at Guy on stage in front of thousands of fans, and alleged rows over the kids.

An now, the battle is said to have turned even more bitter, with the singer reportedly telling friends to choose a side.

“Madonna does not want to be telling one of her good friends in confidence about some part of the divorce strategy only to discover that the information has found its way back to Guy”, a source tells the Daily Mail.

“The last thing Madonna wants is to be telling a friend about the current state of, for example, the custody battle over the children, and then to find that information has immediately got back to Guy.”

Madonna would be a lot more bearable if she just got over herself... oh, and if she showed less of her crotch.

HEY, THERE'S ALWAYS NOT TELLING YOUR FRIENDS.
THAT USUALLY WORKS FOR ME.

That's really immature. If I were friends with her, I'd be insulted by the fact that she'd even expect me to repeat something that she told me in confidence as if I can't be trusted. Our friendship would be over just for the fact that she's giving me an ultimatum. That is such middle school behavior.

I do not know much about Ritchie, but I think he'll have to hire killer lawyers if he wants to see his son again.

He's great friends with Marco Pierre White (famous British chef/restaurant owner). White recently went through a nasty divorce, his third, and ended up with custody of his two older children - both boys. His wife has custody of their youngest, a girl.

I think Marco is going to help Guy get good solicitors and make his way through this process without getting fucked over by Madge. I hope so, anyway.

I'm already over this divorce. We all saw it coming, we all know whose fault it was, and we all know this hag is gonna bitch her way back into the spotlight.

the end.

I was just reminded of Closer.

"You KISSED me"
"What are you, 12?"

That's the last thing you should ever make your friends choose. God she's such a cunt if this is true.

this is actually quiet the smart thing to do in a divorce case, especially if it comes to child custody. It is a nasty thing to say to someone, but in the end, it does effect her entire life from that point onwards.
My mother in law was screwed in her divorce settlement, because friends kept going to my father in law with information. He managed to keep the divorce battle going for more then 10 months.
He had been.. doing things to her during their marriage and he managed to get them to decide that she had to pay him, while raising their children. Mainly cause by the time that the settlement ended, my mother in law was pretty emotionally and physically worn out, that she had no fight left in her. It was pretty sad. She ended up having a mental break down.
It really drained her, and the kids.

IA

I was a legal assistant at a firm that did divorces and I read a lot about he said/she said in the emails that were forwarded to the office. It's not so much that friends necessarily want to disclose this type of info but it's not too hard to glean it from a conversation.

Damn. She seems unpleasant. Like one of those friends you have that you don't really like, but you're kind of afraid to get rid of.
