Sexy Scarlett Johansson almost crashed her car when she saw the size of her boobs on a giant movie billboard poster. The film beauty star had to slam on her brakes when she saw how her breasts had ballooned to size of a 'brontosaurus' on a giant advert in Hollywood. Scarlett, 20, is now suspicious that the picture of her chest was digitally altered to promote 'The Island' in which she stars alongside Ewan McGregor. The stunning actress said: "I was driving through Los Angeles and I look up and see the biggest photo of me I have ever seen in my life on a massive ad space. I screamed and slammed on the brakes."

of course they're going to enhance her breast size in the promo pictures. Scarlett is probably half the reason why people want to go see that movie. all the previews I see for it are of a sex scene between her & Ewan. I mean she's lovely, yeah - but not the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen.

All too true about the previews. What's funnier is that in the movie the sex scene is like 20 seconds long.

The amusing part of that is that the sex scene is surprisingly tasteful and rather brief. You barely see anything. It's just torso shots (you never see anything below her cleavage line, either), Ewan and Scarlett rolling about and kissing, and then crappy, overly sentimental dialogue with thinly veiled dialogue.

i saw that picture too and i was like.. huh.. big boobs
but the truth is, the contrast is so high on that picture that the shirt that covers the boob nearest to us looks like a boob itself.. she has a v-neck thingy on

like put on shadows so it looked like cleavage
