i just watched him as melchior last tuesday! it was my first time to see the show, and they were all amazing. he was amazing too. gerard canonico was our moritz, and i was really happy to get an original cast member. and blake daniel was the most adorable thing, ever, and he and morgan Kkarr, who was hanschen were so cute. I was hoping for matt doyle to be hanschen, but morgan played evil!hanschen pretty well.

plus, i wanted to stagedoor and meet jesse swenson so i could tell him he was awesome for making jenny humphrey miserable, but he wasn't there. :(

I've seen SA four times (since June of 07), and I am dying to see his Melchior. I saw Gerard Canonico's first as Moritz (as an understudy, back in August 07) and he was so good. The full OBC was amazing though, and from what I've heard it's changed a lot.
