Desperate Housewives actress Marcia Cross was spotted using the men’s bathroom on Sunday (August 24) in Malibu, CA. 

After that Cross and her husband Tom Mahoney were seen doing some shopping at a mall nearby, while in one shop the flamed hair star gave herself a little rub on the ass before buying some stuff.

Desperate Housewives returns for its fifth season on Sunday, September 28.

It annoys me that the women's restroom lines are always inevitably longer than men's restroom lines at any major sporting event, bar, celebration, etc. I'm convinced it's because men are able to pee pretty much anywhere borderline discretely.

lol actually there was only one time I saw it the other way around. At a pro baseball game. There was no line for the ladies and a long line for the guys.
