Exactly. At first I thought it was to make him more comfortable in the heat and it couldn't be seen under the jacket, but in that one photo where he is putting Luke Perry in the car, he only has the sleeveless shirt on. Hopefully that was a practice take because even though he is hot, yeah, that's stupid to have him wearing that in an episode.

Sometimes they pull a fast one and it's not the guest-star, it's some random person. Or sometimes there's no huge guest star. And they also have guest attorneys in many episodes and the perps are random actors.
