Mark and Lauren Conrad are aimed at the same demographic. These are not ads made for mature women; they're for girls in their mid to late teens just getting into make up. Their whole gimmick is that they're light, fresh, and young. They chose their representative well.
The only thing I've really tried from them was that Kiss Therapy. I have to say that was good. But I'm not chancing the rest of my face on their other stuff.
this is totally a serious, non-snarky question - really? i guess i'm just curious if there are people who actually do love heidi and spencer. i mean, i love to hate them... but have always wondered if they have a real fanbase apart from those loving to hate.
this is how it's done: first, you will need a flat or angled brush. i prefer a flat brush because the angled brushes are always too pointy and hurt my eyes, idk. flat brushes are generally for eyebrows but whatever.
next, you're going to need your eyeliner shadow. i like to use black tied from mac, but any dark color works fine.
get your color on the brush, and brush the shadow onto your water line, just like you would put regular eyeliner on, only going 3/4 way. brush it on a little heaving towards the outer corner of the eye.
next you're going to pull your eyelid up, so you can get the second water line, idk if this is making sense. it's basically the same part that you just put eyeliner on, except on the top of your eye? i try to explain this to my friends and they're baffled that people put eyeliner there. anyways, brush the eyeliner on about 1/4 way.
then to make it ~*pop*~ like lc, use a really light irridescent shade in your tearduct, bringing it out to where the darker eyeliner stopped.
and you could use a pencil for this, but i really don't recommend it. you get a lot better results with a brush.
She clearly doesn't have a strong enough following.....
and it's not like i'm just pulling this out of my ass, i gave the line a fair try.
what the hell is it
creepy little girls used to sell it at my school
Leonard Cohen's Mark Cosmetics Ads

These ads are fail.
I think it's the eyeliner. I can never get mine like that.
