The housing market in Miami has officially reached insanity. So many yuppie/nouveau riche assholes bought overpriced houses in the last 2 or 3 years that they can no longer afford, so they're all being clever and renting them to avoid losing them. I'm in the market for a 2 or 3BR house in a decent neighborhood down here, and it's like a damn auction. I gave up when some moron quoted me $3200/month for a tiny 2BR condo. Bitches, please. I'll wait for them all to file for bankruptcy and move in six months instead. [/endrant]

The effort is there in the decorating, but it doesnt look home lived, it almost looks "cold". They are no pictures of family or displays with his awards or allocades. Granted, im not a fan of pictures all over the place, but look at the first blue room: there isnt even anything on the mantle.
