This huge Los Angeles mansion has just been snapped up by actor RYAN PHILLIPPE for a cool �3.5million.

The 8,300 sq ft property boasts soaring views over the Hollywood Hills, two master suites, five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an Asian-style gazebo complete with a pool and spa.

Ryan's Australian actress girlfriend ABBIE CORNISH is expected to move in.

He also has joint custody of his two children, AVA and DEACON, from his seven-year marriage to ex wife REESE WITHERSPOON.

3.5 million pounds. So it's really like 7 million dollars.

And I don't know how he has that money. Even with all his movies, and the random successful one, that's gotta be the cummulative total of all his paychecks. And considering taxes, agent fees, etc, I just don't see how he has 7 million to blow on a house.

Seems like for all his casual mentions of how Reese "chose" to be the big star and he "chooses" to do the better movies, he's happily taken a chunk of big star cash from her in that divorce.

I moved from my parents two-storey (+ basement and attic) house to something that could be described as a live in closet. But at least I don't have to be afraid of all the empty rooms now.

from what I hear real estate is bad. There are condos in Chicago off of Lake Shore Drive that are normally a million dollars or more that are selling for $700,000.
