Gary Dourdan's sentence was:
i think it's just fine for a first charge.
IA completely.
I mean, if you go to prison you'll have access to more drugs - how will that help?!
the jails are way to crowded for nonviolent drug offenders anyway
Plus he's in California so he can't be sentenced to prison for a first time drug offense.
Could even make an argument that Gary's done a fair bit of PSA work already, given his character's history of addiction.
GOOD JOB PO-PO, GOOD JOB
Other than that, you're a genius. Can I see your MENSA card?

all of those drugs can be felonious.
i thought that to be convicted of a felony, you must serve upwards of one year in jail.
outrage!
besides
rehab is for drugs
prison is for murderers rapists theives so and so
Just right? who is voting that? *shakes head*
Plus he wasn't carrying around baby aspirin, those were some hard drugs. At the very least he should have to do the treatment and have probation time tacked on.
but then again, i'm really against addicts going to jail. it's almost easier to get drugs there. sad sad sad.
