Probably don't need it - if they bought the pictures from paparazzi, who photograph in public, then the papz own the copyright and no one else. Public photography is legal, and trust me, that's a good thing.
It is legal, but there are also legalities about publishing someone's photo without permission, especially of a minor. When we were shooting stuff for film class, whether it was a documentary we had to put together or a scene we had to write, we had to get permission to use people's images if it wasn't part of a "general scene" or something. I doubt there will be lawsuits, but there is the potential of one because I doubt any of the parents signed permission.
Nah, Radar does this for every issue, and this is by far one of their more tame (remember the Prince Harry in his undies cover?). If they didn't get sued by Cruise for last month's Scientology "expose", then nothing will stop them.
