I dk, I picture them as really good friends who have some sort of strong bond together. And let's face it, Reese is probably pretty lonely (have you ever seen her hanging out with female friends?) and Jake seems like the same type. Reese has always been pretty reclusive, Jake seems really sweet and since he's probably gay, it's a non-threat for Reese to get close to him and for him to develop a relationship with the kids since they will never be a break-up.

It's kind of funny. Only last year when they were about to win the World Series is the first time I've ever heard him mention the Red Sox. Plus only then he started wearing Red Sox hats.

I think he's jumping a bandwagon b/c his friend Chris (the chef) is a "supposed" Red Sox fan too.

i remember seeing that, but ive seen him on tv at a few games before. and he used to work as a lifeguard in nantucket, so i think he's probably pretty genuine. he just might not be as obsessed as the rest of us though haha
