Hmm he slowed down to allow the SUV to get home way before he does . . . he then prevents the paps from making illegal passes so they can get to the SUV possibly causing an accident to try to catch a glimpse of the kids.

Also from the angle it looks like the pap is driving, filming AND talking on the phone. Yes Kevin should let that guy get close enough to the car with the kids.

Kev's a talentless douche but I can't really fault him on this move. Their mom went nuts in their presence, he's trying to get them home without anymore trauma from the paps.

I think it's reasonable to take pictures of a celebrity while shopping or on vacation.
Or, you know, ONTD does have stuff that's not from the paps. Like interviews and other things actually sanctioned by the celebs. But I mean, paps are okay, but following an ambulance to the hospital and driving recklessly to endanger everyone around them for a few pictures? That's not okay.
