Although this is mainly a discussion post for all of the craziness that we have witnessed tonight, major updates will be edited into the post as needed (and per my availability, as I have to go to work in like three hours and might sleep for a bit before). If something MAJOR happens (like Britney dying or whatever), and the post hasn't been updated, then someone please make a new post. And definitely feel free to add your own updates (and discuss them) in the comments of this post, as that's kind of the main point of it, anyway. Thanks!

UPDATE -- BRIT TO BE CHARGED WITH CRIME(S)?
OK! Magazine has new details on the plans for Britney's hospital stay and what will happen afterwards. They report:
"For now, sources are telling OK! that the plan is to keep Britney under guarded observation for 24 hours and then book her for as-yet unnamed offensives."

UPDATE -- According to Fox News (on TV), Brit was declared a 5150 - a danger to herself or others - and was thus allowed to be taken against her will.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A LINK (OR, BETTER YET, AN EMBED CODE) FOR THE VIDEO OF HER FLIPPING OUT ON THE PARAMEDICS AS THEY WHEEL HER OUT OF THE HOUSE? I KNOW IT'S ON TV, BUT I HAVEN'T FOUND IT ONLINE YET...

K-Fed's Lawyer Headed To Court
TMZ has learned K-Fed's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, will scurry to court this morning at 8:30 AM and ask the Commissioner to strip Brit of her visitation rights -- at least for now. We're told there may not be much of an argument and it's almost certain the Commish will see Kaplan's point. Attorney Tara Scott from the law firm of Trope and Trope will represent Brit -- awkward, since the firm has asked to withdraw as counsel.
As we reported, Britney is at Cedars-Sinai on a "5150 hold," meaning there's evidence she's a danger to herself or others -- others as in her kids.
Here's what's interesting. We've been reporting for several months now that Britney doesn't have a drug or alcohol problem -- that her instability is mental, not chemical. Well placed sources tell us what happened last night is not rooted in drugs, and that of late, her mental state has deteriorated to the point that what happened at her home was not unexpected.
