STRIKE BEARD



Both David Letterman and Conan O'Brien sported their strike beard tonight as their shows, along with Jay Leno, returned after the writers strike had taken the shows off the air. Conan O'Brien was adamant to point out that he wholeheartedly supported the writers and stood behind them all the way.

For those who don't know, some writers grew "strike beards" to show their support for the cause. The beards aren't for style purposes.
