Yeah it's a HUGE Disappointment to me too.

Joker should have a sharper face, Ledger's face is way too rounded for it. This is why he looks like a bum rather than the Joker. He doesn't even look frightening, he looks silly and awkward.

As a fellow huge Batman fan, I feel like Nolan's definitely holding back. We don't have any trailers or promo video - hell, there isn't even a poster yet. (Don't get me wrong, I'm glad he's holding back.)
