As I understand it (and I'm no expert) you can always breastfeed your child after breast implants as long as it isn't done through the nipple (which is sometimes chosen as it leaves minimal scarring). For a reduction/lift you cannot breastfeed after. Jordan's had a reduction in the past but I don't know if that would effect her because it was taking implants out rather than actual tissue or whatever.

Actually, you can breastfeed after a reduction, but it's never a guarantee. my friend went from 36DDD to 36C, got knocked up right afterwards, couldn't breastfeed with that baby, but the second baby she was able to. it's all about if the ducts regrow or something, idk
