Jack Bauer might be "going dark" for a while

Kiefer Sutherland is in deep you-know-what.

In November, 2004, Kiefer was popped for driving with a .22 blood alcohol level, and plead no contest to drunk driving. He was placed on 5 years probation. That means if he's convicted on this morning's DUI, he will have violated his probation.

Now here's where the news gets worse: Guess who the judge was in the 2004 case? That would be Judge Michael Sauer, the guy who threw the book at Paris Hilton for violating her probation. And remember, Paris was not drunk when she was driving on a suspended license -- and she was sentenced to 45 days in jail!

Agreed. I don't excuse drunk driving for anyone, but ESPECIALLY not celebrities. As if you don't have the money for AT LEAST a cab, not to fucking mention the fact that you could probably hire a limo for an entire month with pocket change.

I agree. I love him, but come on -- you're rolling in money, Kiefer. Call a cab or hire a driver. Shit, if I had the money I'd pay someone to drive me everywhere even if I were dead sober. Driving in L.A. sucks.

Agreed. People get so caught up in the celebrity or sentence they forgot someone could have been killed because you thought you were okay to drive. Even I can hire a cab, they could get a limo. Idiots.

Actually, it's his third DUI. He got one way back in the day (early 90's I think) too.

Drunk driving...agh.

My dad decided to do that once while me, my brother and mom were in the car. None of us said anything (since it's manual and my mom's rusty with manual...brother and I were too young at that point) until we got into a near head-on collision. That was when my mom screamed for him to pull over.

The blatant disregard for other people's safety is alarming. I still haven't fully forgiven my dad for that.

I learned the hard way not to upgrade to the new Itunes. I couldn't get anything on or off of the ipod after that. I had to find the old version and install that again.

you know what's wierd about the new itunes? the alphabetization (is that even a word?) of the artists in my itunes got screwed up. all the bands with numbers and symbols are on the end part of the list and a perfect circle is listed as "p" instead of "a" like it originally. i don't get why that happened!
