September 18, 2007 -- CHIVALRY is not Marilyn Manson's strongest trait - the Goth rocker doesn't even carry his waifish girlfriend's bags. Spies at JFK Airport Friday morning spotted Manson with his Lolita-esque gal, Evan Rachel Wood, boarding a flight to LAX. "She was really weighed down with carry-on luggage," said our tipster, "while he breezed right through security carrying nothing."

People who fly, in general, need to learn how to pack. That, or the carry-on should be limited to purses and small backpacks. All these people with suitcases mascarading as "carry-ons" ought ot be shot for the hindrance and annoyances they cause to the rest of the passengers.

I am one of those people who brings the largest allowable carry-on on planes. If it is a short trip, it just makes my life easier not having to wait for the checked luggage and risk having my stuff lost.

Sorry. We're just following the rules and using it to our advantage.

I think it depends, i mean when I leave school for a week I bring a shit load of things because I dress on how i'm feeling, so since I don't know what my moods are going to be that week, I have to bring a shit load of clothes just in case

Some men too. I flew to Holland with a friend of mine for 3 weeks in August. I had a large suitcase (mostly because of my shoes) and my laptop bag. He had a huuuuge suitcase, a briefcase, a backpack and his laptop bag. When we got back I had to pay 50 euros (about 50 dollars) for, like, 3 extra kilos of luggage (shopping) and he had to pay 420 euros. I'll never know what he had in there.

You shouldn't feel bad. Srsly, us women don't realise how much easier it is for men to carry stuff. I was on holidays with a guy friend of mine (nothing ~romantic~ at all) and he really helped me with my luggage at airports/train stations. At some point I had to pick up my large suitcase (which I could only lift, like, an inch) and he offered to do it for me. I said "sure, but be careful, it's really heav...". By the time I finished that sentence he had lifted the suitcase clear off the ground and he was like "bitch plz, you think that's heavy? It's nothing.".

Honestly. Next time let him help you without feeling guilty.

Mine, either. I could be tripping over everything trying to carry an armful of stuff into the house from the car, and he's just waaaaaaltzing in the front door. Also, I was sitting on the couch the other day with a really bad stomach ache -- of which he was aware -- and I said, clearly audibly, "Oh, damn, I forgot [something?]" I just looked at him, and he never stopped playing video games, so I nearly vomitted all over myself getting up to go get it. Sweet.
