In response to Michael Lohan’s hate-charged comments against the mother of his own children, Dina Lohan, Dina is speaking out — only to 24Sizzler.com. Given the hate-filled, accusatory nature of his interview with Perez Hilton, she says it’s not surprising Michael was banned from the Lohan family:

“Now the world will know why eight people were issued criminal stay away orders of protection until 2011 against Michael Lohan,” Dina told 24Sizzler.com Thursday afternoon.

Maybe now’s the time to have that ban reinstated….

He claims
-Dina has had over 5 DUI's, which were never caught by the police
-Dina's new boyfriend is a rapist
-That Dina is addicted to cocaine - and has proof
-Dina is not supportive of a reconciliation with Lindsay
-That Dina won't let him see his kids despite court order
