Maybe they should get custody?


This Friday Britney's parents took care of Sean and Jayden at Kevin's house, while Kevin was off shooting "One Tree Hill" in North Carolina -- Looks like the only thing that could bring these two divorcees back together is their grandchildren and while the two seem to embrace daddy Kevin, momma Britney is left behind ... Can't you all just get along, people?! For the sake of the kids?

i can't believe ANYONE thinks he'll get those kids. Hello. OJ Simpson got his kids back. Last time I checked Britney never cut two people's heads off. It takes a hel of a lot to take a child from a mom.

I don't know about that; chances are its going to be 50/50 since LEGALLY the standard is in "the overall best interest of the child such that it assures the health, safety, and welfare of the child and frequent and continuing contact with both parents. California also does not have a presumption toward either the mother, father or joint - its all up to the judge. And I can't see ANY judge giving her sole custody based on her exploits, nor can I see a judge giving HIM sole custody.
