The ladies of Destiny's Child reunited last night in NYC to celebrate Kelly Rowland's new album titled Ms Kelly. Check out Beyonce rockin' the Ms Kelly t-shirt to support her girl! Kelly got some pretty big names to join her on her 2nd album post Destiny's Child success including Snoop Dogg, but that doesn't seem to have helped with her album sales. Ms Kelly debuted at number 6 on the Billboard chart this week selling only 82,000 copies.

Why didn't get the media blitz that Beyonce got with B-day, Matthew?

Where were her covers, talk show appearances, and payola $$$$$.

I only heard her single three or four times before her album came out. Deja Vu? I must have heard that shit 20,000 times.

She needs to hook up with Jive and let them turn her into a star.

She still has NO RADIO PROMOTION which still counts a lot in urban music sales.

and I've only seen her on 4 or 5 shows (in America).

I'm with you there.

However Ms Kelly isn't a great album and the single is horrible. But B-day is just as sucky an album and Deja Vu sucked but thanks to promotion and payola it's shifting despite the suck of it all.

Kelly definately does NOT get treated anywhere near equally to Beyonce. If Kelly were smart she'd go off on her own but I don't see her ever wisening up.

Michelle had success. she's in the color purple and she was aida, not to mention that both of her gospel albums went number one. kelly's the only one.

I think Kelly is a sweet girl and liked a couple of songs on her fist album HOWEVER MS KELLY SUCKS! Seriously. I am sorry - I love you, Kells but I can not lie.

I'm definately NOT buying this one. I'll wait for the next.
