I would usually agree with you, but this is really obviously just plain art. Just pretend it's sculpture or a painting. A lot of the stuff that masquerades as couture is just plain fug, though.

there is very little that's "practical" in fashion. Fuck, even underwear isn't practical. Jewelry isn't practical. Hair dyeing isn't practical. Corsets aren't practical. Stilletos aren't practical.

I would wear it. With a different color in the middle, maybe green, or blue. Theres the obvious issue of having yellow there and looking like you've pissed yourself. But the dress itself is amazing

Yeah, that's probably the only thing I actually liked of this collection. It's very classic... Although I didn't actually think of the whole "period stain" thing until I read the comments here... Still. It's a gorgeous dress, and in a different color on that swirl, it'd be beautiful.
