Wrestler Chris Benoit, family found dead in Atlanta home



World Wrestling Entertainment is deeply saddened to report that today Chris Benoit and his family were found dead in their home. There are no further details at this time, other than the Benoit family residence is currently being investigated by local authorities.

Tonight’s Raw on USA Network will serve as a tribute to Chris Benoit and his family. WWE extends its sincerest thoughts and prayers to the Benoit family’s relatives and loved ones in this time of tragedy.

I haven't watched WWE regularly since Eddie died. And I thought I was crushed then. They'd better drop that retarded "Vince is dead" storyline RIGHT NOW.

ETA: A REAL NEWS SOURCE SINCE NO ONE BELIEVES THE WWE. Way to go, Vince.

Ugh ugh ugh, this is fucking horrible. I am so sad now, I keep remembering how I felt when Owen Hart died at Over the Edge. Horrible. RIP, you total legend.

I'm glad Vince had the good taste to come out of the story line tonight and talk about him. So creepy that they were supposed to have a mock memorial for Vince's character tonight and ended up having a real one.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution it's being investigated as a murder-suicide. I really hope they're wrong.
