Judge to Paris: Get Back Here!
The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed a motion, asking the judge who sentenced Paris Hilton to have her returned to jail to serve out her full sentence.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is also asking Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing, demanding that the Sheriff's Department show why it should not be held in contempt of court for "violating Judge Sauer's May 4, 2007 order, which expressly stated "no electronic monitoring."
Late this afternoon, the judge granted the request for a hearing, which is now scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT tomorrow.

pretty please with sugar or a cherry or like...coke on top...if that's how you roll
but she probably wont go back.
Well. . .they'd keep Hohan in jail, I bet.
his excuse: "i thought the light was going to turn green" even tho he had priors for speeding, etc.
and basically everyone spazzed at everyone -- news papers spazzed, etc. also everyone trolled him because all his info was listed in the phone book lol
Well I mean in regards to everyone's comments about Paris and this whole situation. Alot of the comments on here are really redic.(ex, the ones wishing death on her are unecessary imo) Don't get me wrong, I absolutely feel that she should be punished, but I'm not over here FURIOUS and red in the face cuz she was released. Alot of ppl are taking it wayyyyyy too far imo.
If she had wanted publicity she should have spun herself as the repentant DDer who was going to pay out of pocket for running those damn 'The More You Know' type ads, instead she flaunts the rich entitled white girl thing who can't handle facing her own consequences.
And two so many of us have seen the privileged get off as to where they little guy would have his ass in a sling. Right or wrong she's just become an icon of what's wrong with the justice system, especially in California, a state that has gotten a lot of criticism for the way it handles the rich and famous. From a legal standpoint, this could, could being the operative word, so you’d have to ask a lawyer, could set a legal precedence.
But am I going to get super angry and lose sleep over it? No.
No normal person could get out of jail for these reasons.
