More details: In a press conference this afternoon about the arrest of Lindsay Lohan, cops say they found a "usable amount" of a drug they say was cocaine at the scene. McCann would not say where the drug was found but it was "not on her person."
Police tell TMZ that 20-year-old Lohan and two other adults were in her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible when she lost control and crashed into a curb and trees in Beverly Hills, Calif. around 5:30 AM. After the crash, police say LiLo got into another car and was driven to Century City Hospital where she was treated for minor injuries that involved "something to her upper chest area," McCann said. The two other people in her car were not hurt.
Officers received a 911 call about the accident and "tracked Ms. Lohan to the local hospital, where she was ultimately placed under arrest" for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Lt. Mitch McCann said it appeared as if Lohan was speeding and lost control.
Lohan was cited and released and will have to face a judge.
A rep for Lohan could not be reached for comment.

But maybe it'll send her ass back to "serious" rehab where your Robert Downey Jr.'s go...
Apart from the whole makes dumb people even dumber factor. I also take issue with noses caving in - that is scary looking.
You could argue legalizing the drug would eradicate the problem, but you can't argue crack cocaine. That shit pretty effectively devastated the already marginalized African-American community in the 80's.
Not so victimless.
Crime as in possession of an illegal substance. Regardless of how you personally feel, she's broken a law that is in place. When you break a law, you're usually punished regardless of how "victimless" the crime is.
Hopefully you were just showing off the fact that you're familiar with the term victimless crime....
She is hurting herself for the long term, but so? It's her problem.
drugz r awsum!!1!
As if anyone who is going to do drugs is going to consider all the poor schmucks that you don't know who died because of some connection to it and then change their mind.
Cocaine might be all fun times for the people who do it but not for the people that die for it in Colombia.
rehab? acne? a felony?
I think Lindsays' gonna pull a Marissa Cooper on us.
