Greetings from LA


Hi Everyone,


It's been a busy few days. I've been house-hunting in L.A. and looking at some schools for the last few days. It's unusually cold here but the sky is blue and the sun is shining which makes everywhere look very pretty.


I've been so touched by the support from all the people we've met. People in the street have been calling out things like "Welcome Home, we're so excited you're here." That has been fantastic, and one of the best things about
this trip.


We've been lucky enough to be invited to a couple of Golden Globe parties, and met a lot of great people. As for the clothes - wow - there are some gorgeous dresses being worn by Hollywood's finest. I wore a Cavalli a-line shift dress. It had a detailed neckline and little pockets in the most gorgeous plum colour with beautiful shoes covered in shimmering crystals by Le Silla. It was FABULOUS !


I'm still finding my way around as LA is a big place I'm trying to work out how to get from Santa Monica to Malibu, and from Brentwood to Bel Air... But we'll get there. The sooner the better - the kids want to know the quickest way to Disneyland !

I'm impressed by how formal her grammar is as well. Then again I've never found her to come off badly in the limited interviews I've seen of her living in the US. I just think the tabloids want us to think she is dumb as a brick.

I'm the type to also be impressed by decent grammar and spelling in celebrity blogs. However, maybe because she's so FILTHY RICH, she actually has someone to proofread all her posts first LOL.

I think what she meant by it (brushing up on my Spice Girls' trivia) is that she's never read a book cover-to-cover. Which, I guess, doesn't make the comment all that much better.

for the last week I have been obsessed with Pride and Predjudece because Matthew McFayden is so fucking amazing! I think I could stare at him all day, actually I might have to watch the movie again now

I dont know if you are a Harry Potter fan but I was thinking that he would make the perfect actor to play Tom Riddle Sr in the next film, I think he could pull off looking like Voldemort's dad plus I would get to see more of his hotness
