I think she looks fantastic with her new nose, although the old one suited her face just fine.

it makes it appear more narrow..

No the bridge is way thinner. And besides when you lose weight you don't lose it in your nose. Noses don't have fat deposits. Also if you want to blame it on weight loss, how about when she was preggers. Usually with pregnant women their noses spread...and it didn't happen with KH. So I say no. Definitely, nose job.
