Megan Fox is sending her kids to technology-free school + says "No one should ever see" Jonah Hex
The Native Tiger is NOT a fan of technology. In fact, she's sending her kids to a school where they are not introduced into technology until an older age. "My kids won't have cell phones or tablets, or any of that. It interferes with the brain development."
She also talks about what she's made before, and what's appropriate for her children: "Something like Jennifer's Body I'm not going to let them see for a long time. Something like Jonah Hex I'm not going to let them see ever. No one should see that movie."

ONTD, do you think children should be kept away from all technology? Have you seen Jonah Hex?

I don't know about English speaking neuroscientists but there is a very renowed German one called Prof. Dr. Manfred Spitzer, who explains the issue wonderfully. Google some of his articles (I don't know if English ones beside google translations exist!) and you'll understand what I mean.
Again I hate to say that Megan Fox is actually right.... .
Oh and I want to add that since I feel most people will take that as "I won't expose my kids to technology, because technology is bad!" - no, this is not what this is about at all. It's about children, not about adults. Children's brains work differently.

It is possible to limit their time with technology. There are child locks on many tablets too.
and, no, i don't think she means an age like 50
i've learned or at least started a lot of my more marketable/important skills from being on the computer/internet just goofing around as a kid
"Cody said she wanted the film to speak to female empowerment and explore the complex relationships between best friends.[6] "(Director) Karyn Kusama and I are both outspoken feminists", she said. "We wanted to subvert the classic horror model of women being terrorized. I want to write roles that service women. I want to tell stories from a female perspective. I want to create good parts for actresses where they're not just accessories to men."[6] Addressing "the male-dominated" horror genre, Cody said "a key reason for writing the film was to bring to the screen a new way of expressing the intensity of female bonds" and that the adolescent female friendships she experienced were unparalleled in their intensity. She wanted to show the "almost horrific" aspect of such devotion and its relation to parasitism."

It was ok. But it offered lot of good classes
One of my cousins racked up $500 in 4 days on her phone when she was 14, and another one was giving out his address to people cause he thought he was gonna throw an awesome party when he was 12!
One kid who was at some birthday party I was at was the biggest fucking brat and kept trying to grab my phone out of my bag and I was like "tf are you doing little kid?" and she said "Oh I just wanna see what games you have" and I told her nicely to get lost and then she ran off and later she was screaming on the ground cause her Mum wouldn't give her the ipad, it was nuts.
